**What has been the most interesting/exciting experience in Basketball?**

The most interesting and exciting experience in basketball for me so far had been
being able to represent my country in the European Championships and helping them
getting promoted to Division A. As well as having the opportunity to travel around
the world competing against top athletes,

**What way did your time at Youngblood’s influence you?**

My time at Youngbloods influenced me in a number of ways both on and off the court.
The coaches at the club allowed me to understand what it takes to be the best on-
court and the life skills and values you need to have off the court to be a good
role model and successful person in life.

**Is there anywhere in the club/in London that holds any special memories of your
basketball days with us, or do you have a favourite memory of your time at Youngbloods?**

My favourite memory of my time at Youngbloods was my U16 season with the team and
Coach Aaron Senior. It was the last time I would be playing with players that I
have grown up with and considered family and we all had one goal in mind, and that
was to with the national championship. Although we fell short and came 2nd the journey
itself was what made it special.

**Who/what has been most inspirational to you in your life?**

The coaching staff as a whole had been the most inspirational to me, from Coach
Stephen Onireti, first telling me to join when I was 11 years old and still helping
me develop as a player to this day.Coach Rebecca King teaching me life values that
have stuck with me throughout my career. Coach Caroline Charles for helping me become
a strong and dominant player. And finally, Coach Aaron Senior helping me become
the leader I am today and teaching me different aspects of basketball and academic
life whilst increasing my basketball IQ level. They have all inspired me to work
hard and become the player I am today.

**What advice would you give to students/alumni for success in life after Youngbloods?**

Never forget where you came from and what you have learned along the way. Always
remember that there will always be people from the club whether your coaches or
teammates that will always do whatever they can to help you succeed in life. No
matter what you do stay focussed and always keep working as hard as you can.
