### Youngbloods Nitro 141 – 10 Thurrock Hornets

Newham Youngbloods recorded a strong 141 to 10 victory over Thurrock Hornets at
home.

The Youngbloods had another fantastic all round game. The trio of Franklin, Nathan
and Latrell made a huge impact early on ending the first quarter with 33 point to
0.

Daniel and alick reasserted their early dominance by demonstrating good ball movement
and decent shooting from range throughout the game. Tenacious work at both ends
of the court from Franklin helped the youngbloods edge out their opponents in a
gripping encounter from start to finish. Franklin rebounded well, not allowing the
Hornets many second chance shots.

The early lead encouraged the home side to give valuable playing time to the team
by regularly rotating the bench.

The hornets played with great energy and excellent team spirit. They need to be
congratulated for never giving up.
